Yesterday I was blessed with a hike with my hubby! We chose a local Nature Preserve nearby and hit the trails. Lot’s of water and trees and blue sky and clouds in beautiful formation.
It was so lovely to spend time with my favorite person exploring this beautiful world!
I just love taking in the beauty of creation. And I love to [try] to capture it!
One of my goals this year is a weekly hike and daily walks. I am so excited to work this into my plan!
When I am out in God’s creation, I am often reminded about this hymn we sing which comes from Psalm 8.
Oh Lord, our Lord, how majestic is Thy name in all the earth!

When I look at the heavens, the works of Thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which Thou hast established.
What is man that Thou art mindful of him? Thou hast given him dominion over the works of Thy hands. Thou hast placed all things beneath his feet.
The sheep and oxen and also the beasts of the field, the birds of the air and the fish of the sea.
Whatever passes along the paths of the sea.
Oh Lord, our Lord, how wonderful is Thy name in all the earth!
