How are you feeling, my fine friends, about 2020 coming to a close?
Are you excited to see it go and to start a new year full of hope and light, to welcome new beginnings?
Or are you sad to see it go, feeling you didn’t quite make of it what you had hoped?
I can say that I am both excited and sad. It is bittersweet. But I am more excited than sad because I am SO incredibly grateful for what I did accomplish this year and even more grateful for the hope I have in my dreams and goals for the year to come.
I want to end the year with a focus on gratitude.
I pray we can all take some time to focus on gratitude. What are you grateful for as we end this year? What amazing and beautiful things helped get you through this crazy year?
Here, in pictures, are some of my favorite parts of 2020!

I’d love to see what you are thankful for this year.
As we enter into this new year, this new beginning, I have some pretty big hopes and dreams. I can’t wait to share them with you!
Have a blessed New Year ahead!
Your posts are wonderful. I, too, am the wife of a Deacon. We live in Alaska and so many of your photos look like home to me!! Blessings in the new Year.
